HOW ITS MADE?
We choose the Cold Process to make our soaps. That is when sodium hydroxide (lye) and fat (olive oil, coconut oil or shea butter) are combined in proper proportion. This stimulates a reaction called saponificationation. The lye dissipates after the soap has cured for several weeks and the end result is soap plus glycerin. And Voila! you have a natural bar of soap.
HERBS AND SPICESWe primarily use ingredients made from nature to give our soaps a great scent or color, also to include better properties that can alleviate inflammation, and much more.
